Fat to Fit iii

From Diminishing Lucy Comes Fat to Fit Thursday. As Holistic Health Coach-Tri Mom pointed out to me last week, I'm never going to be fat again so I shouldn't call it Fit to Fat. Oops! Goals: reach 10000 steps each day 4/7 FYI I include my treadmill exercise IN the 10,000 get on the treadmill 30 minutes five days 4/7 I seem to be more active the rest of the day when I've been on the treadmill I'm having a hard time adjusting to my daughter being home We're all looking forward to the summer supplement program starting next week apparently the brilliant child needs MORE school sleep. as in at all 5/7 All of your well wishes seem to be working! Chickadee has decided that she is now going to sleep for ten hours and start taking naps again Feast or famine! Goals: reach 10000 steps each day 5/7 get on the treadmill 30 minutes five days 4/5 sleep. as in at all 2/7 It's hard, but we're starting the cycle I get up even though I've only had four hours of sleep I keep the grumpy Chickadee awake all day the neurologist says this is just a part of Rett we have to live with So, I did so abysmally well that I think these are a good set of goals for me to continue with. HOUSEKEEPING FYI: Beansprout and I have big plans tomorrow. This counts as my post for tomorrow. Because I'm in charge here.
Lucy from "Diminishing Lucy " is having a challenge. It's a fairly simple one and broad in it's goals and requirements. It's perfect for me to anchor myself with and pull myself up and out of this stalemate maintenance mode.  So my goals until Thursday are: reach 10000 steps each day get on the treadmill 30 minutes five days sleep. as in at all I feel like I can do these things. And that when I do I will be able to move closer to being mentally ready to handle weight loss again. So basically it looks like the biggest things I feel to be in my way are: exercise and rest. Interesting... maintenance weight: 197.2 +- from yesterday: +0.2 Come play with us! It's fun.
