- analysis of situations triggering onset
- analysis of mental states

- I was trapped in a car
- My kids embarrassed me in public

- Mr. Survival had 3 conference calls to make in his office

Bottom line?
The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat.

ahhh stress eating...wait, did you eat that candy corn mix in the pic? I walked real fast by that aisle at Target the other day and held my breath. Whatever works! lol
ReplyDeleteRough days happen...movin on. May tomorrow be much, much better. :)
Yup. I bought it. While out for the day with the kids. In the car. Trapped togevah. Scarring me in so many ways...
ReplyDeleteI mean, the lights of my life. Right?
ahhh I have been...fallen...FALLEN PREY to the candy of the corn more times than I can count.
ReplyDeleteand it still makes me giggle (really) that friends and family LAUGH that I even like the candy corn.
To them resistance is SIMPLE.
You know, I was going to make a joke about "geez, if you're going to eat candy, why candy corn?" but really? I don't mind candy corn so much. It's so this-time-of-year festive.
ReplyDeleteAnd my darling, with all the stress you're under right now, I'm thinking you deserved every stinking kernel.
Today's a brand new day.
Ah, candy corn. So in our faces right now. I can resist buying it and I had a bag at home unopened I sent to my son (who loves it), but don't put a bowl in front of me!
ReplyDeleteI can't resist the candy corn either! I could say it's a fond childhood memory, but really? Nostalgia-shmostalgia . . . it's the pure and simple sugar [read: highly processed high fructose corn syrup] that I seem unable [read: unwilling] to resist!
ReplyDeleteBesides, everyone knows that candy corn is only here NOW. And you can't eat just ONE.
ReplyDeleteBeen there, done that. No blame or shame from me to you. Hugs.
See, Halloween IS an evil holiday, just like the fanatics say! It just isn't because it is the devil's holiday, but more like because it is the devil's candy. Sigh...
ReplyDeleteCandy corn? Must be a US Halloween thing? Well it's halloween. I guess the monsters have got to find you eventually ...
ReplyDeleteI guess I am safe I never have liked candy corn it reminds me of wax for some reason. No the Chocolat bars with nuts or wafers thats a diffrent story. Your going to be ok not sure how you can stand being in the car that long with all them chillens I would have started to go a bit crazy, my kids can not sit that long. And amazingly today I felt like eating something when the kids on the bus started to yell really loaudly. Got me wondering about my need to stress eat at that moment in time.
ReplyDeleteYou poor thing, you settled for candy corn when there are so many other good tasting things you could have chowed down on! You are stressed!
ReplyDeleteyou couldn't go home? But what about your emergency underground bunker? You don't have one of those like I don't?
ReplyDeleteHey candy corn happens to the best of us every now and then lol.
